Thank You Rays

Well, the Tampa Bay Rays season is over. It didn't end the way we all wished for but it was one magical year and they should all be so proud! I'm going to miss seeing the games each evening. Even if I was busy doing something, hubby would tell me when Aki was up to bat so I could watch him.

This year I really got attached to the team and the excitement that showed in their play. It was evident that they were having fun and that made it fun to watch.

I hope the team realizes how much they made the fans happy and proud of them! I wish them another amazing year in 2009. Go Rays!

Come on Rays, you can do it

Things haven't gone so well in Philly for Aki and my Tampa Bay Rays. But seeing how hard they have played this year, I just know they can come back and win! I'm not giving up on them. I want them and us as fans to feel that excitement like we did when they beat Boston and became the American League Champions.

We were at that game and it was the most exciting baseball game I have ever been to. When they won, I cried. Good thing hubby had the camera since I couldn't see with the tears of happiness in my eyes.

   

The next photo isn't of the win but it's of me and my cute little fishy friends before the game. I can't go to a game without going to visit the ray tank. They are the softest creatures and it's so amazing how they nibble on your hand for fish.
